TENJAKU PURE MALT WHISKY
Starting with a mash bill of 100% Malted Barley, the whisky is then double copper pot distilled using some of the world’s most pristine waters from the Misaka Mountain range in the Mt. Fuji basin, 250 meters below the surface. Next, Tenjaku Pure Malt is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels creating a harmonious blend of 100% aged malt whiskies. The result is a masterful blend of mostly 5yr & 6yr whiskies.
TENJAKU BLENDED JAPANESE WHISKY
Starting with a mash bill of 86% corn and 14% barley, the whisky is then double copper pot distilled using some of the world’s most pristine waters from the Misaka Mountain range. Finally, Tenjaku is aged in heavily seasoned Kentucky bourbon barrels resulting in a rich, full bodied malt flavor, with a grain taste that is toned down but freely allowed to express its individual characteristics.
Santo De Piedra
Santo de Piedra Mezcal is made entirely with Espadin agave. A fruitier style of mezcal with notes of peach, grapefruit and apricot, alongside a peppery, smokey finish.

A premium blend of Irish grain and malt whiskeys, matured in Spanish and American bourbon casks. Triple distilled for a rich, smooth finish, with notes of caramel, toasted oak, and subtle spice.

La Gritona Tequila
La Gritona Reposado is distilled by Melly Cardenas at NOM 1533 in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This repo is aged for 8 months and then bottled in a hand blown bottle made from recycled Mexican Coke bottles.

The unique recipe with an ABV of 24% includes many extracts and infusions of Mediterranean citrus: oranges, bergamots, bitter oranges, chinotto, tangerines and grapefruits. This fresh blend of citrus fruits makes our Galliano L’Aperitivo stand out.
GALLIANO L’AUTENTICO
The original. The classic. Golden Yellow in colour with a light green hue. A perfectly balanced blend of Mediterranean exotic herbs and plants, all sourced and blended in their natural form. The resulting taste is rounded with a powerful aromatic top note that softens to a mellow deep taste.
GALLIANO AMARETTO
Galliano Amaretto is a rich, well balanced almond liqueur with an ABV of 28%. It is the perfect balance of almond and cherries, roasted cocoa beans & a hint of bourbon vanilla. Galliano Amaretto has a ‘luxurious, luscious’ taste. The viscosity is high which gives a ‘full mouth feel’.
BOLS Vanilla
Vanilla pods are percolated to create the rich, creamy vanilla extract used in Bols Vanilla. This results in a rich liqueur with hints of chocolate and almond. Infused with only natural botanicals.
BOLS Triple Sec
Bols Triple Sec stands out due to its abundant use of Curacao orange peels combined with a blend of other citrus fruits. Bols Triple sec is infused with natural botanicals and is an essential liqueur thanks to its versatility!
BOLS Strawberry
Bols Strawberry combines a unique strawberry extract of fresh strawberry juice creating a powerful, fresh strawberry taste. This strawberry liqueur is infused with only natural botanicals.

Every summer, great quality raspberries are harvested and immediately pressed for their juice which is used in Bols Raspberry liqueur, such as the Raspberry Martini. Bols Raspberry is infused with only natural botanicals.
BOLS Peppermint Green
Bols Peppermint Green is made using high-quality fresh mint leaves and is infused with only natural botanicals. This results in a very refreshing mint liqueur.
BOLS Melon
Bols Melon is a sweet and fruity liqueur made with a distillate of melon pieces, distilled with only natural botanicals to achieve the fresh green flavour.
BOLS Elderflower
We soak the dried elderflower blossoms in a water and alcohol mixture in order to extract the optimum flavour. Bols Elderflower is infused with natural botanicals.
BOLS Creme De Cassis
Instead of macerating blackcurrants in alcohol, we use a pectins free blackcurrant juice to create a more stable liqueur. Bols Crème de Cassis is infused with natural botanicals.
BOLS Crème de Banana
For Bols Banana liqueur, a high-quality Banana distillate with natural botanicals is used together with a fine rum distillate which allows the rich taste of ripe bananas to flower.
BOLS Cherry
We blend the Bols Maraschino liqueur to perfection using a high-quality cherry distillate, distilled with only natural botanicals.
BOLS Apricot
Bols Apricot Brandy is infused with natural botanicals. This nutty and sweet liqueur is a blend of apricot kernels, fresh apricot juice, and brandy.
Akashi-Tai Junmai Tokubetsu
Showcasing the natural flavour of Hyogo’s Yamadanishiki rice grain, polished until only 60% of the grain is left, this sake has a satisfyingly umami rich flavour profile which is rich but refreshing. A clean and well-structured traditional brew.
Akashi-Tai Junmai Daiginjo Genshu
As our iconic “Grand Cru” sake, the Junmai Daiginjo Genshu receives special care and attention from the team. The most intense flavours of the Yamadanishiki rice have been drawn out to achieve a highly floral, delicate sake with a salty palate and a rich and aromatic minerality.
Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu
Daiginjo Genshu is one of Akashi-Tai’s most iconic sakes. Combining the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki rice grain with one of the most uniquely full flavour ranges it balances greater strength with a robust and fruity finish.
